Robley had lived in Mt. Vernon since September of 1965 when he was assigned by the Corps of Engineers to supervise supervise the Rend Lake work. Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Monday at the St. John's Cattiolic Church in Carrollton. The body is at the Hires Fun •ral Home in Carrollton, where friends may call any time. Mr. Robley was born Oct. 13, 1911, in Eldred, 111., a small cominuraty west of Carrollton in Greene county. He maintained a permanent home in north St. Louis county.
