By direction of the secretary of war Malor Benjamin F. Pope, surgeon, is relieved from duty at Fort Clark, Texas, and will report report for duty to the commanding officer Whipple Barracks, Arizona, territory, porting also by letter to the commanding officer department of Arizona.
