In Salisbury SALISBURY (UP) - A 35-year- old man was bound over to Rowan Superior Court today on a charge of kidnaping a 15-year-old girl from her date. Judge Max Busby also sentenced the man, Dewey Bost, to 12 months for impersonating an officer and 12 months for giving intoxicants to a minor. Bost has appealed both sentences to Superior Court which will probably hear his case at the September term. Sheriff Arthur J. Shuping said Bost was arrested after Norman Creason, 26, of Coolccmee reported that his date, Zelma Stanley, 15, was abducted Saturday night by a man he later identified as Bost. Creason told Shuping that he ant the girl were parked on a country road near here about 9 p.m. Satur day when they were approached by a man who drove up in a green pickup truck. Creason said the man told them he was an officer and was going to arrest them for parking on the side of the road. However, Creason said the man later told him to leave and tha he would take the girl home. Crca son said he left and reported the incident to the girl's father who notified police. The jfsrl told Shuping that th man forced her to drink two pape cups full of whisky and she didn' remember anything after drinking the whisky. Shuping said the man took thi girl home around 11 p.m. Bost wai picked up two hours later.
