YOUTH DRAWS YEAR JAIL TERM $250 FINE IN ASSAULT CASE MARTINEZ, Sept 7. ' Thomas Everett Senkevech, 1 of Oakland, was sentenced to one year in the Contra Costa County JaiL fined $250 and placed on probation for three years when he appeared before Superior Judge Homer Patterson on a rape charge. . Senkevech' is charged with criminally assaulting a 17-year-old Berkeley girl in the San Pablo hills- on July 31 of 1948. He is accused of participating in the attack with two other Oakland youths, Kenneth Criner, 18, Oakland, was sentenced to San Quentin Prison last November for his part in the attack, while the second member of the trio, Edgar Rogers, It, is serving a year sentence in the county jail- on his guilty plea. Criner and Rogers were taken Into custody shortly after the attack while Senkevech was arrested last month by Oakland police. He had been the object of search by Contra Costa authorities' since Criner and Rogers ' were captured. - Margaret E. Baker, 32, of 113 Elm Street Antioch, was granted until September 19 to enter a plea to a forgery charge.; She is accused of forging the name of her mother. Riis.
