Hearing Is Rescheduled A hearing, originally set for Wednesday, Nov. 22. for a North Huntingdon man charged with beating an Indiana Indiana University of Pennsylvania Pennsylvania student, has been rescheduled rescheduled for Wednesday, Dec. 15. Charged with aggravated assault assault and simple assault in the incident is Gary Ursiny. 19. who was arrested by IUP Campus Police. According to the charge. Ursiny Ursiny picked up Keith McCall, 19, of New Bethlehem, and then dropped him on his head Nov. 12 at approximately 4:07 a.m. in the Stonewall parking lot on Maple Street in the borough. McCall reported received two skull fractures, a broken nose, and possible loss of sight to his left eye. He was taken to Westmoreland Hospital, Greensburg, where he was treated for his injuries. After the arrest, charges were filed before District Magistrate Magistrate Martha Medich T Irwin, and Ursiny was freed on $5,000 bond.
