Miss Lydia Maus gave a miscellaneous shower and dancing party at Jolly Rambler club room Monday for Miss Pearl Gaughan and Mr. H. Fennell. A mock wedding was given during an intermission in the dancing program. The guest list numbered twenty. Today a company of young people will go for a picnic the Pen woods in honor of Miss Gaughan and Mr. Fennel! and this evening will assemble at the home Ralph Sequin for an Informal gather Ing. Thursday evening Mr. Fennell was given a pre-nuptial stag party Messers John Gaughan and George "Williams. Twelve men were invited) for the evening. A supper followed card games. Roses and peonies were usd to brighten the different rooms the Williams home where the party was held. ' Miss Gertrude Overton. -whose wedding occurred last evening, was the guest of honor at some pretty parties during the woelf, Monday evening
