Schrader, 42, former Titonka physician, diecl last week Monday in Skiff Memorial Hospital in Newton, Io%va of injuries suffered early Friday morning, June 29, in a railroad crossing crash at Baxter. He was injured when his car was struck by a westbound Great Western freight train about 3 a.m. Friday, June 29. Dr. Schrader, who had succeeded Dr. W. F. Hamstreet, as a physician in Titonka had his offices in the building with Dr. Torgesen. He- had lived in the Robert Lang- home. Funeral services were held at Melbourne at 10 a.m. on Thursday, Jftily 5. The burial was at the Rake cemetery at 2:30 p.m. He was laid to rest beside his father and brother. Dr.' Merlin L. Schrader was the son of Mr and Mrs August Schrader, former farmers of this community. Dr. Schrader is survived by his wife 1 , a son and daughter.
