She was permitted to go on the pledge that she should not return. She was told at tho time that if she returned to lola the commitment would be issued. Yesterday she came to lola in defl ance o fthls. She sent her regards tc the police department in the form of the information that she would siay j here il she wanted to. That she was on the street at 3 this afternoon convers-! ing with friends was very evident.
