COMMON PLEAS COURT.--Mary Hardin has brought suit against Fergus Anderson, Edmund B. Reynolds, James McGregor, Trimbley, La France Coryell, Margaret Hoj-an, Job E. Owens, and J. P. Gilchrist. plaintiff avers that she obtained judgment against Anderson November 5, 1873, for 91,722 38, $l,ioo to bear ten per cent, interest from date thereof, and $672 38 at Â«-ent. She says no part of the judgment been paid, and that Anderson owned a amount of real estate in Butler county judgment vras rendered against him, in Ross Township, upon which she the judgment is a lien. She says *he defendants have claims on the real *cribed, but that hers is prior, and she that they be requited to file their setting up the nature of theirclaims, the estate may be sold and the proceeds applied, so far as necessary, to the her claim.
