On motion, Of the District Aitorney, the following resolutions were adopted; Resolved, That no accounts for services services shall be entertained or be allowed on criminal cases until the suits, out of which such accounts arose shall be disposed disposed of. Resolved, That no fees shall be allowed allowed to Justices of the Peace in criminal cases, of which Justices have jurisdiction jurisdiction until an execution shall issue and be returned unsatisfied in whole or in part.
