ALL-CONFERENCE PLAYERS CHOSEN Mofen is Homed 'Coach of Year' Harold Moten, coach of the Stilwell Stilwell Senior Highschool basketball teams, has been named "Girls Coach of the Year" by the other conference coaches. Moten, in his second year as girls coach here, guided the team to the Stilwell girls' first conference conference co-championship in history. They share the title_ with Checotah. Checotah. This year's team also won the first district championship ever captured by a Stilwell girls team. The girls ended the season with an 18-4 record after losing in the first round of the regional. Moten took on the added chore of coaching the, senior high boys team this season. The boys, who lost in the losers' bracket of the regional finals, ended the year with a 10-15 record. The coach is predicting that both boys and girls teams will be strong-, er next season. At the same time Moten was picked as the "Coach of the Year," the coaches selected all-conference pl.ivcrs for the 19*9-70 ccason.
