Sidney L. Barnard, father of Dan Barnard, local athlete and official, died yesterday at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Harry Kohler, at 3280 Watson road. The elder Barnard, an employe at City Hall for the past 33 years, had been ill for the past six weeks.
