Hayes Funeral Home Lucy Spencer Dugey GALVESTON — Lucy Spencer Dugey, 84, passed away Thursday, May 7, 1998. Mrs. Dugey was born January 10, 1914, in Galveston, Texas, where she also graduated from Ball High School. She was recently preceded in death by her loving husband of 56 years, Theodore E. Dugey, Sr. Survivors include her sons, Theodore E. Dugey, Jr. and his wife Ruth Anne of Houston, Texas, William J. Dugey and his wife Pat of Houston, Texas and Bruce S. Dugey and his wife Sharon of Seabrook, Texas; sisters, sisters, Betty Gould, Dorothy Berry and Madeline Parker; brothers, George Spencer, Jr. andJEugene Spencer; grandchildren, Theodore E. Dugey, 1H, Laura Ann Dugey, Christina Lee Dugey, Kimberly Chesser, Arden Lee Stone, Brad Evan Dugey and Summer Bowden; great grandchildren, Travis Theodore Dugey, Tyler Lawrence Chesser, Christopher Stone and Amber Stone. Pallbearers will be Raymond Walker, Jr., Wayne Walker, J. Carlton Berry, George Gould, Jr., Trey Dugey and Brad Dugey.
