THURSDAY EVENING OBITUARIES of organized the the entirely of MRS. MARY A. XL SHIELDS Mechanicsburg, June 22. Mrs. Mary Ann Hostetter Shields, 79, widow of David H. Shields, of Orrstown, died Tuesday in the Seidle Memorial Hospital. , She was a member of the St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Orrstown. Surviving are three daughters, Mrs. Elizabeth McLaughlin, Lees Cross Roads; Mrs. Gale Grove, Mechanicsburg; Mrs. Keith Kin - ports, Philadelphia; two sisters, Mrs. George Mowery, New Cumberland: Cumberland: Mrs. Irene Stewart, Har - risburg; two brothers, Henry H.I Hostetter, Mechanicsburg; and ts. C. Hostetter, Chambersburg; 27 grandchildren. Services will be held at me residence in Orrstown, Saturday at 2 p. m. The Rev. William Shultz will officiate. Burial will be in the Shippensburg Memorial Cemetery; MISS ANNA W. WITMER MARTIN A. GOODHART Carlisle, June 22. Martin A. Goodhart, 78, retired farmer and merchant, died yesterday at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Ednor Lutz, Church town. He was a. member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church, here, the Knights of Py thias and the Cumberland Star Lodge, F. and A. M., No. 197. In addition to Mrs. Lutz he is survived by these children, Frederick, Frederick, of Scranton; Donald, Northumberland; Northumberland; Paul, Pittsburgh; Mrs. Hugh Heckman and Mrs. Arthur Deckman, both of Carlisle, and Mrs. Robert Beck, Saranac Lake, N. Y. Services will be held Saturday at 2 p. m. in the Lutz funeral home, 219 North Hanover street Burial will be in Mt. Zion Ceme tery. Friends may call Friday night at the funeral home.
