Rich's Bar Owner, 57, Succumbs Richard E. Miller, operator of a tavern in Annville for 30 years, died last evening at his home at 202 W. Main St., Annville. He was 57. Born in Annville, he was a son of the late Arthur and Lottie Grumbine Miller. He was the owner of Rich's Bar at the above address. He was a veteran of World War II and was the first commander ot the Richard Weber Post 8023, VFW of Annville. He was also a social member of the Washington Band of Annville. Surviving are bis wife, the former Mary Sendelbacb; three sons, David, Palmyra; Michael, Annville, and Richard Jr., in training with the New York Mets in Florida; two grandsons, David Jr. and Gregory; two sisters, Sarah, wife of James Lannon, Palmyra, and Marian, wife of Elwood Loy, Annville; three brothers, Arthur, Annville; James, Lebanon, and Charles, Annville.
