MR. JA.UKS R. Mr. James Redd Abercrombie,.who formerly resided in Aiken, and was well known throughout this section as a citizen o£ worth, died at the University Hospital in ^Augusta last Thursday morning, aged "49 years. Mr. Abercombie" is survived by his wife, Mrs. Hattie Abercombie, a son, Edward, two sisters. Mrs v D. K. Honey, of York, S. C.. and ""Mrs. R_W. McCreary, of Aiken. who have the sympathy of the community in their sorrow. Funeral services'were held last Friday afternoon, from-the First' Baptist Church. Rev.
