Arrive Funds Campaign to Open Monday Night And Close Fridav ALTON .EVENING- Organization. has been completed for the financial campaign of the Y. M. c. A. which will b& launched at a dinner next Monday at 6,'15 p. m. and will close the evening of next'Friday. The budget for the year is $19,000, the same as that On which the association has operated for the past four or five years. Dr. Groves B. Smith will be general general chairman and C. F. Coykendale Coykendale advistor. There will be three divisions, each headed by a majot and his aide, and each including four teams. The workers: Division A—Harrison Winter, major, Paul H. Nelms, aide.
