Mr. Schehert 'and Mr. Hevert in the past have been accustomed to reach their Peel River placer mining mining property, which is above the Arctic Circle, by way of Skagway and White Horse over the White Pass and Yukon Railroad, by stage over the ice from Whitehorse to Dawson, and then by dog sled to Port McPherson.
