TELEGHAPH Judge Trares to Address Wood River Women's Club WOOD RIVER, Nov. 18.—(Special) —The Woman's Club of Wood River will meet Tuesday evening at the American Legion Hall. Thli will be art open meeting under the direction of the Welfare Section. County Judge Trares will give a talk on "Juvenile Work," Mrs. Morgan of Edwardsvllle on "Child Welfare" and Mrs. Gertrude Ounnlson, social worker at the Alton State Hospital who recently returned from the Public Public Welfare state Conference, will speak on "Public Welfare." Two musical numbers by Mrs. H, R. Barton will also be heard. The hostesses are the members of the Welfare Section of the club. Mrs. M. P. Manning is the chairman.
