At Jersey City, New Jersey, yesterday yesterday afternoon, the organization of the Niles-Bement-Pond company just incorporated in New Jersey with a capital of $8,000,000 was completed by the election of officers. The corporation includes the Niles \x>l Works company of Hamilton, Jiement, Miles & Ce. of Philadelphia; Philadelphia; tbe Poud Machine Tool company company of Plaiufield, N. J., and the Philadelphia Engineering works. The officers elected were: Directors, Directors, Alexander Gordon, President of the Kiles Tool Works company; Charles A.
