Dr. Emmou, of Forroston, telegraphed telegraphed to Agent Murphy this morning to have an officer take charge of his sinter who came up lo Freeport on the morning passenger. Mr. Morphy handed the telegram to Deputy SneritT Frank Brubaker, who placed the lady under arrest and took her back to, Forreston. Forreston. It is supposed that the lady's mind is a little affected and that she was running away.
