B. B. & M., in the County of Kern, State of California, containing 5.859 acres nfore or less, and more particularly particularly described as follows: Said right-of-way being a strip 100 feet in width, and lying 50 feet on either side of the following described center line: Beginning at a point on the center line of Section 15, Township 11 North, Range 12 West, S. B. B. & M., which bears North 87* 3S' 45* East 985.83 feet from a Brass Cap Monument being the quarter corner common to Sections 15 and 10 ; thence South 1780.57 feet to an intersection with the North right-of- way line of State Highway U. S. No. 4«6 ; thence across said highway right- of-way South 103.59 feet to an intersection intersection with the South line of said Highway Highway right-of-way; thence South 771.58 feet to an Intersection with the South line of said Section 15.
