Neuenswander were Mr. and Mrs. Dan Neuenswander, Ottawa and Mrs. Betty Oehlert, Lawrence. Friday thru Sunday houseguests of VIrs. Pearl Reiter were Mr. and Mrs. Frank Crocker, Osceola, Mo. Saturday dinner guests of Mr. and Mrs. Bill Beckmon were Lester Gilmore, Girard, Fleta Ibbetson, Pittsburg; Mr, and Mrs. Frank Crocker, Osceola, Mo. and Mrs. Pearl Reiter. They all attended funeral services for Mrs. Roy Tourney at lola that afternoon. Mr. and Mrs. Bill Beckmon called on Mr. and Mrs. Harry Beal, Becky and Scottie, lola Saturday afternoon. Saturday evening guests of the Beck- mons at (heir home were Mr. and Mrs. Randall Beckmon, -Selma and Sunday visitors were the Harry Beal family, lola. Mr. and Mrs. Frank Reiter, Westphalia, called on Mrs. Pearl Reiter, Mis. Cynthia Stauffer, Mr. and Mrs. Howard Reiter, Gary and Angela. Monday afternoon. Mr. and Mrs. Bud Wilmoth visited Mr. and Mrs. Guy Hively. Mound City, Sunday afternoon. Hively is former editor of the old Colony Free Press. Mrs. Hively is the former Patty Johnson, also a former resident of Colony. Michael Danford has been a patient at the Anderson County Hospital. He was admitted following a pickup wreck at the corner east of the Raymond Couch farm. He was treated for cuts and tests were taken. The Danfords just recently moved to the Quirk Ranch west of Colony. Mrs. Louise Church, Lone Elm, has been a recent patient at the Anderson County Hospital undergoing tests. She is the mother of Mrs. Stanley Luedke, Colony. Word has been received by Colony relatives of the death of Mrs. Marjory Horony of Tacoma, Wash, on March 30 in Brownsville, Tex. where whe was visiting her mother, Mrs. Daniel A. Robbins in a rest home. She suffered suffered a massive stroke shortly after her arrival and never regained consciou.sness. Funeral services wen- April 1st there and burial will be in Tacoma. She is survived also by her husband, Michael Horony, aunt, Mrs. Manila cassett. Bella Vista, Ark. a sister-in-law, Mrs. Robt. A. Robbins of Lincoln, Neb., three daughters and two sons, two nephews, several grandchildren and several cousins, including Ralph and Alfred Bunnel of this vicinity. Her brother, Robert A.
