He was a 10th •round draft choice for St. •Louis in 1975. • -He was cut before the 1975 season, but rejoined the team as a free agent last year and "served special-team duty in •four games. "McGraw was the only one •anybody would consider a surprise, surprise, I suppose," said Joe . Sullivan, Cardinal director of 'operations. "But we knew his 'assets and his limitations.
