INQUEST BEING HELD IN DEATH OF MINER Boulder, Mont. May 6--(/P)-An 6--(/P)-An inquest was opened today into the death of J. B. Brown, 84-year-old miner and prospector who was found shot to death in front of his cabin Elkhorn. County Attorney John F. McGongh said he would await the verdict of the coroner's jury before determining determining what charges he might file against George Nesthus, 61, v Brown's cabin-mate, who has been in jail here since the shooting last Friday.
