Notice is hereby given that the followlD petition has been presented to the Citj Council of Htfpil'.on, Ohio, by the Nile Tool Works, ptaylny for the vacation of al that part of Mill Street lying north of a line extended from Second to Third Streets forty-nve (45) feet from the south line o Mill Street, and that the same will stand for hearing and action on and after. June 3, 1890: APRIL 21, 1890. To Ike Oft" Council of Hamilton, Ohio: GENTLEMEN :—\Ve, the undersigned, the Niles Tool Works, of Hamilton, Ohio, re Bpectfully represent that: We have secured from the Hamilton d Rossvllle Hylraulic Company the right to put up a building over their race-way on Mill Street, between Second and Third Streets. This race way runs over a portion of Mill Street and the Hydraulic Companj have a perpetual ri; ht-of-way. The ordinance passed July 19,1887, vacating all that part of Mill Street lying north of the hydraulic race, still leaves a part of Mill Street covered by the hydraulic race un vacated. Therefore we respectfully petition you; honorable body that all of said Mill Street lying north of a line extended from Second to Third Streets, foity-flve (45) leet from the south line or Mill Street, be vacated.
