From the interest taken by the Delegates and the arxBost harmonv manifested between the different nationalities represented at the meeting, it is ex pected the procession will be the largest and mo; impoaiiig ever witnessed on such an occasion i this dty. Final arrangements will be made at the meeting next 8noday indoding the election of Grand and Division Marshals.
