Lee, of Denlon, Tex., father of th« world betterment plan, who will go to Washington Washington when congress meets to negotiate negotiate philanthropic schools, has been writing to Emporia business-men with, a view of establishing a school here. In a letter he said if Emporia pcopl* would establish a political, specialist and dlathetic club he would present it with the finest club house in the world on its' third birthday. When asked why he selected Emporia as the location location for a school he answered that It was near the geographical center of the United States ami had been recommended recommended to him as an educational center. center.
