Kreider, at 913 Chestnut street, •was the scene of a most enjoyable family reunion, on Sunday, as a celebration celebration of Mr. Kreider's eighty- IhirJ birthday anniversary, which occurred on Tuesday of- last week, October 21. The celebration was projected by his' good wife and she had a splendid dinner prepared as a feature of the occasion. The day •was most pleasantly spent throughout. Evening, Near Meily's Furnace IN JUNK BUSINESS FOR MANY YEARS Aged 77 Years and Leaves Wife and Several Several Children to Mourn Loss David Kreiser, widely known throughout the city ae a Junk dealer, dealer, waa fatally hurt on the Reading railroad tracks, near tho old Melly furnace plant on Sunday evening, shortly after 6 o'clock. Ho mad e a 'business of buying up rags anil junk, which he disposed of t» Joseph Grosky. a junk merchant near Twelfth «and Brandywlne streets. Krelser kept his horse at th e Grocky Grocky place, and It is supposed that after after feeding the animal on Sunday ni'ght, he took a circuito« s . route home, and thus chanced to cross the railroad.
