Lite, Peaasylvaaia. DARING ROBBERY. Lancaster, January Z A daring robbery was committed near Li tes. Lancaster County, by three unknown men, the victims being an oid farmer, Joseph Bru baker, sixty-five sixty-five sixty-five years of age, and his wile, about the same age. The three men came to the house in the early part ol the evening, knocked at the door, and wheu it was opened entered without without ceremony. After speaking a lew words they se zed the old couple, threw them to the noor, and bound and sagged them hand and foot. They placed a pointed piece of wood In the old man s mouth and tied it with rope. After gagging the old lady they covered her with bed-clothes. bed-clothes. bed-clothes. They then, with drawn revolvers, aemanaea money, or. II refused, it would be Instant death. They were told there was no money in tne nouse. Brubaker. after great exertions, freed himself and wile aud gave an alarm at three o'clock tills morning, but as yet trie re is no clew 10 the villains. A reward of 1200 ia offered for their arrest.
