Miss Alice Tyler WedsjMr. Nowell The Trinity Evangelical and Re formed Church, State Line, Pa., was the scene of v Quiet wedding Satur day, November 2 at 4 o'clock when Miss Alyce E. Tyler, daughter of Mrs. Freda Tyler, of Scranton, p a ., became the bride of William No well, son o£ Mr. and Mrs. J. W Nowell, state Line, Pa. The double ring ceremony was solemnized by the Hev. Plott in the presence of friends and relatives. Given in marriage by her brother, Leslie A. Tyler, of State College! Pa., the bride was dressed in an aquamarine crepe frock, fashioned with a round yoke, puffed sleeves and a full skirt. Her Juliet cap of black velvet ribbon w as trimmed with a ' shoulder length aquama rine veil. White rosebuds complet ed her costume. •» . As matron of honor, Mrs. Donald RudlBill/ slste; of the groom, chose an aquamarine gabardine dress.with black accessories and a corsage of red rosebuds. William H. Tyler, of Scrantou, served as best man for the bridegroom. For her daughter's wedding Mrs. Tyler wore a black dress with matching accessories and a corsage of red rosebuds. Mrs. Nowell, mother of the bridegroom, also chose a black frock and ?. red rosebud corsage. A reception followed at the home of the bridegroom, after which the couple left for a vedding trip.
