Mrs. Lukaczyk Dies at Hospital Mrs. Ethel "Eva" Lukaczyk, 80, of 722 Tully St., died yesterday at Crouse - Irving Memorial Hospital. A native of Galicia in the Ukraine, Mrs. Lukaczyk came to the United States 70 years ago, first residing in Northampton, Pa. She resided in Syracuse 65 years. Mrs, Lukaczyk was the owner of Sam's Grocery and Meats, 722 Tully St., retiring five years ago. She was a communicant of St. John the Baptist Ukrainian Catholic Church. Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. James Putman and Miss Ella Lukaczyk; three sons, Stephen of Los Angeles, Calif., the Rev. George Lukaczyk, pastor of Holy Irinity Byzantine Church, Wall, Pa., and William Lukaczyk of Jordan; two sisters, Mrs. Mary Grainda and Mrs. Stephen Youpa, both of Phillipsburg, Pa.; 21 grandchildren and two great - grandchildren. Services will be at 8:30 a.m. - Mf^A^ ot rtio ManVA T7iitwfl1 Monday at the Macko Funeral w ifidflw rcenesee St.. and at 9 a.m. in St. John the Baptist Ukrainian Catholic Church, with her son, Father Lukaczyk, as celebrant, and the very Rev. Msgr. Basil Serdoych and the Rev. Phillip Bumbar assisting. Burial will be in St. John's Cemetery, Geddes. Parastas services will be at 8 p.m. tomorrow at the funeral home. Calling hours will be 7 to 9 p.m. today and 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. tomorrow at the funeral home.
