WENDELL R. KINO'S ESTATE. The Circuit Court Is asked to construe the will of Wendell B. King, who died in March, 1884, leaving personal property worth S300,-0C0, and real estate in Ciiicago, Detroit, Kentucky, and Sheboygan, Wis. His heirs are the widow, Mrs. Helen M. King, and a child, Mary Frances King. The vm bequeathed (1,000 to each of Alfred and Edward Poyneer, both of Montour, Iowa; Carolina MoffaU Helm, of Chicago; William 8, Moffatt, of Harriaburg, Art, and Hannah 8. Helm, of Bockford, HI., who are cousins of deceased and complainants in this suit According to tha provisions in the will tha executor, Charles F. Gray, of Evenston, waa to pay the beqoeete within five year. Seven year have elapsed, and the executor still decline to make pajmenta, giving as a reason that he is not certain of the meaning of tha oondiuona expressed in ,the will. Tha eourt Is requested to explain the condition to him. .
