COUNTY SEAT NOTES ] Says Unfit That his divorced wife la a cigarette saleswoman in a cabaret cafe and hence is unfitted to care for their son, is the statement in a counter affidavit made by Henry W. Thorkildsen, against the affidavit of his divorced wife, Evelynne, filed in the su- fierior court. He says that he hasi the boy now in Page military school, Los Angeles, and that the mother is not of a domestic disposition and generally is unfitted to care for the boy. The matter to decide who shall have charge of the boy will come up in the superior court very shortly. Thorkildsen secured a divorce from the woman in Ventura some time ago.
