Winterburn promptly met his appointmeiUs al EiiroUa and Tabor. Ho is to preach at Tabor two weeks from hist Sunday, at 5 o'clock p. m. The air has been in a disturbed condition for many days ; sonicliiiios sweeping past with a force us to almost impede the progress of nian and beast, although no violence has lieen done in this vicinity. A calm prevails this, Tuesday, morning, which wo can heartily appreciate. Mr. Siiip_finished selting out an osiigo hedge, on the soiitliljordcrof his farm,.just before the recent r.ains. Mr."A.15urko is employed by Mr. Ballard in building an addition on his house. Mr. Wesley Washichek is lingering ill tho last stages of consumption. Mr. Heudrix has been plasturing rooms for Mr. Skocdojvole. A literary orgahiiiatiou is about lo erect a bullilingof-thcirown. The voters of the Tabor district meet next Saturday to make arraugcment.s for enlarging tho gchool house, its present capacity being iusutllcient for the uumber of pupils uttciiding school. The weather is tliglitly chilly.
