State of Illinois, sell to the highest •and best bidder for cash, the following described premises and real estate in said Decree mentioned; s:tuated in the County of Madison and State of Illinois, to-wit: A portion of Tract Number Forty-eiRht (48) in GLENDALE GARDENS, a Subdivision of part of the East One-half (E'/ 2 ) of the Southwest Quarter (SW!4) of Section Twenty-three (23) and part of the East One- half (E'A) of the Northwest Quarter (NW'/ 4 ) of Section Twenty-six (26) Township Five (5) North, Range Nine (9) West of the Third Principal Meridian, as the same appears from Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book Sixteen (16) Page Fifty (50) of the Recorder's Office of Madison County, Illinois, and more particularly described as follows: Starting at the Southwest (SW) corner of said Lot Forty-eight (48); thence North on the West line of said Lot 75 feet to a point; thence East parallel with the Southerly line of said Lot to a point on the East line of said Lot and which point is 75 feet North of the Southeast (SE) corner of said Lot; thence South 75 feet on the East boundary line of said Lot to the Southeast (SE) corner of said Lot; thence Westerly along the South line of said lot 150 feet to the point of beginning; situate in the County of Madison and State of Illinois. Upon payment of the purchase money and confirmation of the Report of Sale herein by said Circuit Court, a Certificate of Purchase will be given by the said Master-in-Chancery, which will 911- title the purchaser, his heirs or assigns, to a Deed at the expiration of the statutory time from date of sale, unless there shall be redemption according to law.
