Fall ' At FHS Oct. 15 High school girls from 1§ Kan« sas towns are expected to partici» pate in the third annual "Fall playday' 1 at Fort Hays State College Oct. 18. The playday, .which" was held in the spring for nearly 26 years before becoming a fall event, Is sponsored by women's physical education classes and women's Recreation Association on the F campus. Miss Ruth SeVy, associate professor of physical education, directs the day's activities. Schools that are expected to be represented: EJllis, Garden City, Goodland, Great Bend, Hays High, #111 City,-Hotslngton, Holcomb, Hugoton, Lamed, Lincoln, Lyons Morland, Quinter, Russell, Scott City, Syracuse, WaKeeney and Waldo. The girls' physical Instructors at 11 of the schools have been graduated from Fort Hays State during the past six years. Miss Sevy expects between 150 and 200 girls to attend. The theme for the day's pro< gram is "Political Parties." Various teams will play wisket, volleyball and other games.
