Sp.Fork Man Dies At His Home SPANISH FORK - Isaac Adelbert Beckstead, 77, 443 E. 1st S., died Friday at his home. He was born Sept. 1, 1892 in Spanish Fork, a son of Moses and Lucretia David Beckstead. On Dec. 13, 1911, he married Sarah Ellen Bowers in Spanish Fork. The marriage was solemnized in the Salt Lake City LDS Temple on Sept. 10, 1919. He received his education in the Spanish Fork schools. He was a carpenter most of his life but had worked as a guard at the Tooele Ordnance Depot and was employed by the Utah-Idaho Sugar Company in Spanish Fork. At the time of his death, he I. A. BECKSTEAD was employed as the south Utah County Animal Control officer. Active in the LDS Church, he was a high priest. He had been active in the Spanish Fork Senior Citizens and was an avid sportsman who loved to fish and hunt. Survivors include his widow, Spanish Fork; three daughters, Mrs. Nellie Beddoes, Spanish Fork; Mrs. Dean (Leona) Muhlstein, Provo; Mrs. David (Blanche) Johnson, Tooele; 17 grandchildren; 28 great- grandchildren; two great-great- grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted Monday at 1 p.m. in the Spanish Fork LDS First Ward chapel, with Bishop Paul Calder of the Sjpanish Fork Fifth Ward officiating. Friends may call at the Walker Mortuary tonight from 7 to 9 o'clock and Monday prior to services. Interment will be in the Spanish Fork City Cemetery.
