Thomas Franklin Wright, demmon, and Jarrell Theo- ald, Delta, pleaded innocent f charges of second degree lurglary of three Springville Businesses. A jury trial was set or May 22 and the two are eing held in Utah County Jail in lieu of $1,000 cash or $2,000 roperty bail. Joseph Deb Tregeagle, 21, 275 W. 3rd N., Provo, was sen- enced to not less than three ears nor more than 20 years n the Utah State Prison after leading guilty to a morals harge. The sentence was sus- lended and he was ordered to ;pend 30 days in the Utah State lospital. Following his release is to be on probation for 18 months.
