PAGE TWENTY Wood River Club Elects Officers WOOD RIVER, Feb. 7.—The annual spring luncheon of the Wood River Garden Club^ was given Wednesday at the Posllewalte Hostess House. Twenty-five members and guests wore present. Mrs. M. F. Manning, the first, president, told about her organization of the club. Other past presidents attending were Mrs. Robert I-nnc, Mrs. F. W. Bauer, Mrs. Harry Stoeckel, Mrs. Joe Barker nnd Mrs. Herman Schueler. A telegram of greetings was read from Mrs. G. A. Grinima of California. Mrs. Ray Brown was wnstmtsl- ress nnd introduced Mrs. Herman Schueler. Mrs. Schueler was reelected president, with Mrs. Edna Melners as vice-president; Mrs. H. B. Eaton, secretary; Mrs. Robert Rltsch, treasurer. Following the luncheon, colored movies were shown by Mrs. George von Fuchs. Scenes shown yere of gardens, which Mrs. Von Fuchs had photographed the past summer. The next meet of the club will be at the von Fuchs home, 82,3 Ferguson avenue. Meeting Postponed WOOD RIVER — The regular meeting of the Catholic Woman's Club which was set for Wednesday, Feb. 12, has been postponed until further notice, due to the renovation under way at St. Bernard's. by
