i assessor commande th or Voter 30 Second Fine Paid for Sale Of Bad Meat Lauro Montalvo was fined $100 yesterday for the second time within within two days in Nueces County justice of the peace courts. Montalvo, charged with selling m'eat'containing sulphite was found guilty and,was fined $100 and assessed assessed court costs' of $12 by Justice of the Peace G. Dube at Bishop yesterday. Monlalvo was found guilty on a similar charge Tuesday by Justice of the Peace H: F. Harigel of Robstbwn. Trials of Henry Olsen on charges of .selling meat containing sulphite and of s e l l i n g horse human consumption have been re set here. Four complaints charging charging him ' with selling meat containing containing sulphite have been set by Justice of the, Peace B. A.-Carter far Nov. 19.
