Manning 2g2 Ninth street, at which plan were also completed for the firs annual flower show that the cl will sponsor here Sept, 15-16. Older officers elected were Mrs Clinton Tucker, vice-president Mrs Leslie Cottrell, secretary, an Mrs! R. C. RIggs, treasurer. The show will open on the eve nine of Friday, Sept. 15, in Gerson building at 7 o'clock and visitor will he received until 9 p. hi. Then aealn on Saturday the show wll be open from 2 p. m,, until ' °Mrs ' M. F. Manning Is genera chairman of the committee In charge of the show and she Is as gisted by Mrs. R. C. Rlggs, Mrs Earl Hessenaur, Mrs. W. E. Hop ner and Mrs. Charles Halsey. Mrs 0 G. Tlpton is publicity chairman The show will 'exhibit the type of flowers which can be grown in soil and climate of Wood Rivei and vicinity.
