Mrs. Sylvester, 99, Noblesville, Dies NOBLESVILLE - Mrs: Cornelia' Jane Sylvester, Â», died Saturday morning at the home Mrs. Florence Picket!, with whom she resided, in Noblesville following an illness of 18 months. Mrs. Sylvester was born in the Cynthiann Community in Hamilton County on Nov. 7, 1860, am) was the daughter of Theodore Elzina Burch Whetsel. She spent her early life in Fall Creek Township, Hamilton County. She married John J. Sylvester in 1879. Mrs. Sylvester resided for several years in Wayne Township, Hamilton County, and had been a resident of Noblesville for the past 30 years. She was a of the Pendleton Christian Church. Surviving are: a niece, Nora Haas, Pendleton, and two nephews, Frank Adams, RR 1, Pendleton, and Roy Whetsel, 4, Noblesville. Friends will be received after 7 p. m. Sunday at the Coaltrin Funeral Home in Noblesville. Services will be conducted at p. m. Tuesday at the funeral with the Rev. H. M. Reed Alexandria officiating. Burial wilt be in the Grove Lawn Cemetery at Pendleton. .
