SI, who lists his occupation as car restorer, said he had parked the rare old beauty in his garage in the 700 block on West 23th Street, but had- n ' t l o c k e d t h e door because he had parked his own car directly in front of the building. A neighbor later told wife she had noticed a 40- loot van parked in front the Schinnerer house and a couple of men walking toward the back of the yard early In Ihe evening.
