Sidney Smith died in an asylum for lbs insane in New York city. He never realised that hs was worth a oent, but st kit death left his heirs over $1,000,000 in real and personal property. Adon Smith waa appointed administrator, and, as the complainant allege, formed I copartnership with his brothers ancr coheirs, J. F. D. end'H. H. Smith, and bought up all ths other claimant, al leging that they were not heirs In full snd that the personal property amount ed to only $226,000. Believing this, tie others settled for $60,000 per fam ily. The defendants claim that they bought on speculation. Tbcy all live In New York oity and are represented hers by Wm.
