W.A. retired rice farmer, dies Funeral services for William Albert Helms, 95, will be at p.m. Thursday in the Hixson Funeral Home chapel with minister of the Church of Jesus' ficiating. Burial will be in Highland Memory Garden Cemetery. Mr. Helms died at 7:20 p.m. Tuesday in a Lake Charles nursing home. A native of Lexington. Tenn., he had been a resident of Sweetlake—Bell City area 60 years. He was a retired rice farmer. Survivors are four sons, Edgar, Joseph and Martin Helms, all of Lake Charles, Roy Helms of Glendale, Calif.;! two daughters, Mrs. Ruth Hilie- brandt and Mrs. A. J. Lambert. both of Lake Charles; one broth Thier, Norman Ted Helms of ._ii.,,,, ™,.. .
