Gregory T. Moen - Under Two Charged for Resisting Arrest Here - Deputy Sheriff Donald J. Spindler noted...
Deputy Sheriff Donald J. Spindler noted Insteness' car on Peterson Ave. in the Town of Seymour when Anderson stood up in the convertible, let out a loud yell and tossed an empty beer 'bottle out on the road. He then saw Anderson and Gregory T. Moen, 18, of 1114 Brookline Ave., stand up in the convertible, wrestling with each other. Peterson said he wasn't fighting, he was just trying to get Moen to sit down. Moen is scheduled to appear in court later in the week. Spindler turned on the portable red flashing light in his car and got up beside Insteness' car. He identified himself as a police officer and ordered the youth to stop. Insteness is alleged to have taken off in a reckless manner and Spindler, losing sight of the youth's car. asked for assistance from the city police and other deputies.
