MEADVIUE CHORUS IS WELL RECEIVED SUNDAY Three hundred persons from' Jamestown and surrounding areas attended the musical presentation by the Meadville Club Male Chorus Chorus at the Jamestown Methodist Church Sunday at 7:30 p. m. The event was sponsored by the "Methodist Men." Directed by Mrs. Ralph Davis, the chorus featured Miss Emalina Davena as soprano soloist with Roy Robbins as organist. Included in the presentation were solos by Miss Davena; John Mongillo, tenor; Clifford Sutliff, bass; Charles Schwab, baritone, and Ralph Davis and Anthony DeLoss. Among the selections presented by the chorus were: "Abide With Me," "The Lost Chord," "The Beauty of a Rose," "Remember Now Thy Creator," "Cherubim Song," "I Will Lay Me Down In Peace," "Swing Low, Sweet Chariot," Chariot," "Were You There?", "Dry Bones." "The Publican," "Inflam- matus," "Be Near Me Still" "Praise Yc," "Christ We Do All Adore Thee," "Let the Lower Lights Be Burning." "List to the Lark," "Hear My Prayer," "Now the Day is Over," and the "Hallelujah "Hallelujah Chorus." Organ presentations included"Hold included"Hold Thy My Hand." "Suffer The Little Children," "Be Near Me Still" and "Arise Oh Lord."
