Pearl Otto Milner DICKINSON — Pearl Otto Milner, 78, died Friday, March 3,1989, at Manor Care Nursing Home in Webster, Texas. Services will be 2 p.m. Monday, March 6, 1989, at the Chapel of James Crowder Funeral Home in Dickinson, Texas, Brother Ronnie Pope officiating, assisted by Robert Goodman. Burial will follow services at Grace Memorial Park in Hitchcock, under the direction of the funeral home. Visitation will be 4 p.m. Sunday in the Chapel of James Crowder Funeral Home. Born December 15, 1910, in Cisne, III., Mr. Milner was a retired welder and machinist. He was supervisor for the County of Galveston for 20 years. Mr. Milner lived in Dickinson for 32 years, formerly of Santa Fe. He was a member of the Church of Christ of Dickinson. Survivors include three daughters, Yvonne "Bonnie" Caskey of Baytown, Texas, Carolyn Milner of Houston, Texas, and Joann Milner of Dickinson, Texas; two sons, Charles R. Milner of Dumas, Ark., Kenneth Gene Milner of Still water, Okla., and Marion Milner of Springfield, 111.; 10 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
