. Raymond S. Perdew Raymond Sylvester Perdew, 65, husband of ."Mrs.- Ouida (Ponton) Perdew, Narrows Park,'died last night in Memorial .Hospital whore he had ; been a patient since July 10.-. -' A native of the Flintstone area, he was a son. of the late Asbury and Emily. (Johnson) Perdew. Mr. Perdew was a member of First Christian Church, Lodge 271, Order of Moose, and : was employed employed as a carman for the Western Maryland 1 Railway Company, for 3S years. Besides his .widow, he is survived survived by six sons, Stanley Perdew, Twiggtown; Pvt. James Perdew, stationed with the Army at Broughtori, Pa., and:Lester,-Donald, and:Lester,-Donald, Aldine and Melviri Perdew; all at home; a daughter, Wanda Perdew, at home; four brothers, Amos Perdew and Joseph Perdew, both of 'Frostburg; Calvin Perdew, Artemas, Pa., arid Labin Perdew, Sykesville, Md.; and three sisters, Mrs.; Charles Wolz and Mrs. Paul Ott, both of, this cl'tyi and'Mrs;, Marshall Wlllison, Cresaptown. .
